We need a customer service All Star capable of joining our inbound help desk as well as supervising account maintenance and data administration.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring service orders and service calls to assure service levels are being met
  • Answering inbound calls, entering order, and dispatching to appropriate technician
  • Basic project management
  • Collection of unreturned equipment
  • Manage customer expectations and assure you through on all requests
