We need a customer service All Star capable of joining our inbound help desk as well as supervising account maintenance and data administration. Responsibilities include:- Monitoring service orders and service calls to assure service levels are being met
- Answering inbound calls, entering order, and dispatching to appropriate technician
- Basic project management
- Collection of unreturned equipment
- Manage customer expectations and assure you through on all requests
