Key responsibilities and accountability:

1. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
2. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits.
3. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
4. Liaison with internal order-processing staff.
5. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
6. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

 

Operations Assistant

TRCA is seeking a reliable individual to work in our operations department. Individual would be responsible for refurbishing and making telecom equipment user ready. Job duties will include cleaning and assembling telephone sets. Some warehouse work would also be required, therefore candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background check.
