DJ HardingDJ Harding
Managed Services Director		 TRCA’s Director of Managed Services, DJ Harding is a graduate of the United States Army School of Military Intelligence. After serving in the armed forces for 8 years, DJ attended and graduated from the University of North Texas’ College of Engineering with a B.A. in Computer Science, and the College of Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in Radio, Television, and Film. DJ has worked his way up through the TRCA organization, helping build the National Support Center and TRCA’s Voice Over IP Division, and most recently the Managed Services Division of which he is the Current Director of. DJ is currently certified on TRCA’s Interactive Intelligence, CISCO, Microsoft, and Shortel product lines. In his spare time DJ plays the guitar, and moonlights as a poker shark. DJ takes pride in being the very first employee for TRCA (aside from the owner), and fondly recalls his time cleaning phones in the living room of his childhood home.

Tyler HaygoodTyler Haygood
Senior Network Engineer		 Tyler Haygood was born on Christmas Day in the sleepy little town of Bellville, Illinois, but he got to Texas as fast as he could. Upon graduation from Denton High School, Tyler attended The University Of North Texas, where he majored in Radio, TV and Film with a minor in Computer Science. Tyler began his IT career working for The Federal Emergency Management Agency, where he wore many hats, including web design, technical training, and Help Desk Support. Since that time Tyler has been the Supervisor for several Help Desks, and has always excelled at customer service. In August of 2008 Tyler earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and continues his training today. In April of 2010 Tyler came to work for TRCA as a Telecom Engineer and within 2 months earned his Interaction Center Certified Engineer certification. In November of 2010 upon seeing Tylers’ dedication and proficiency he was promoted to Senior Network Engineer. Tyler has been happily married to his beautiful wife Brooke for the last 17 years, and is the proud father of 2 boys Cole and Rhett, and his little girl Harper. Tyler hobbies include Golf, Hunting, Fishing and watching sports. Tyler loves being outdoors, and if you can’t find him he is probably fishing.
