Angie Christman Angie Christman has lived in the Metroplex the majority of her life.  After graduating at the top of her class, and a year early, from Denton High School, Angie attended college at Northlake College in Irving Texas, where she majored in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing. After several years of experience in Customer Service, Angie joined the TRCA family in January 2006. Angie started in the National Support Center as the Vendor Coordinator, and hasn’t looked back working her way up to Director of National Support Center. Angie is an advocate for the customer and she is dedicated to complete satisfaction, and strives every day to do what is right for each and every customer.  When Angie isn’t at work you can find her at her daughters many sporting events, or if it is the right time of year, rooting for the Cowboys!!

Amy Taylor Amy Taylor has lived in Denton, Texas for most of her life. Amy has worked in several different customer service related fields including banking, accounting and telecommunications.  We were extremely lucky to have Amy join the TRCA family in December of 2008, where she has been a intregal member of the National Support Center team since day one. Amy worked her way to Senior Account Manager in the National Support Center and in March 2011, Amy was the deserving recipient of TRCA’s Annual Employee Of The Year Award.  Amy continues to strive to provide excellent customer service for ALL of TRCA’s clients, and internal staff.  When Amy isn’t working, her two lovely children help her to stay in shape.

Jessica Barron Jessica Barron has lived in Denton, Texas, since 2007 when she moved from beautiful Era Texas, to study Anthropology at UNT. Jessica began her career at TRCA in March of 2009 and has rapidly advanced to the position of Senior Account Manager at the National Support Center. Jessica has shown she can provide outstanding customer service by working with several major national accounts such as the U.S. Navy, Midas International, and CIBER. When Jessica isn’t providing outstanding customer support, she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors.

Jennifer Wyche Jennifer Wyche has lived in Denton, Texas since 2001 when she relocated from her hometown of Little Elm, Texas. Jennifer graduated from DeVry University with an Associate Degree in Electronics and Computer Technology in July of 2001, and began her career with TRCA in September of 2001.  Jennifer started her career with TRCA in the Technical Department repairing and programming phones and phone systems, so she not only knows how to support TRCA’s customers, but also knows a lot of the product lines inside and out.  In 2006, Jennifer transferred to the National Support Center, and is now a Senior Account Manager providing outstanding service for several National Accounts’ voice and data infrastructure.  Jennifer enjoys spending time with her loving husband and beautiful daughter outside of work.

Jessica Grogg Jessica, or Jessie as she is known to her friends, graduated from LD Bell high school in 1989. Jessica has worked in the customer service field her entire life, first as a self employed nail technician for 7 years, then as the office manager for a renowned veterinarian for 6 years. Jessica came to work at TRCA in September of 2009 and has become a valuable employee. Jessica has two strapping boys that keep her on her toes and 4 dogs that she loves to spend time with. When Jessie isnt busy with her boys or work she enjoys long walks on the beach and Reality TV.

Rea Carpenter Rea Carpenter a Texas girl born and bred, has lived in Denton County her entire life. After graduating from High School, Rea attended Texas Women’s University and majored in Criminal Justice. Before joining TRCA’s National Support Center in June 2010, Rea had 8 years of Customer Service experience, which she has used to her advantage in serving her customers today. Rea’s primary goal has, and always will be, to serve the customer beyond their expectations, leaving a lasting impression. TRCA’s customers and staff know they can always rely on Rea to provide excellent service in a prompt and proffesional manner. When Rea isn’t working she has three beautiful children that help to keep her young.
