The Meridian Norstar phones I purchased for the college...and for myself, were of the same quality as the single line phones, showing me that your company takes care of the lower end phones, just as they would do of the high end phones, and systems. I had been used to getting refurbed Meridian phones with lit packs just dumped into a zip loc bag, for me to hunt around for the appropriate labels...a very time consuming process when your doing 50 + phones. Not to mention 'out of box failures'. Also the handsets, almost never matched the color of the phones, which was a major concern to myself and others here at the college. And most importantly, only an 18 month warranty on their phones....totally unlike the phones we purchase from you. I am thoroughly impressed with the Meridian phones you sell, and equally impressed with the follow up work done by you after the sale.... something very important to me. I am thankful for another vendor who could not meet the specs and prices I needed for some single line 2500 sets, because this it prompted me to 'go shopping', which I did, I then happened across TRCA's website, and BINGO!
