1. OUR GOAL
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with visual, hearing, cognitive, and physical disabilities.
2. WHAT WE ARE DOING
We are working to make sure our website:

-
Has text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful images.
-
Uses enough color contrast between text and backgrounds.
-
Can be used with a keyboard alone.
-
Uses clear link text that makes sense on its own.
-
Uses consistent headings and page structure.
-
Works when zoomed up to 200%.
-
Supports common assistive technology, such as screen readers, speech recognition software, and browser zoom.
3. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Some parts of our site use third-party tools, such as our contact and application forms and [embedded maps or videos], which may not fully meet accessibility standards. [If the site has older PDF files: Some older PDF documents may not work fully with screen readers.] If any part of our site doesn't work for you, please contact us and we will help.
4. ANOTHER WAY TO REACH US
If you can't use one of our online forms, you don't have to. Call or email us, and we will take your request, support ticket, vendor inquiry, or technician application directly. We can also provide information from our website in another format if you need it.
