6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. In general:

Vendor and supplier information: for the length of our relationship and up to five years after.

Technician applications not selected: up to 2years, so we can contact you about future opportunities. You may ask us to delete your application at any time.

7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. As a technology services provider, information security is central to our work. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How to make a request. Email privacy@trca.com or call 940-565-5000. We will ask for enough information to verify your identity, such as your name and the email address you used with us. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission.

Our response. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this once by up to 45 more days and will tell you why.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@trca.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General.

No discrimination. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
9. Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your service requests, appointments, or project opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Where We Process Information
We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We use this information to review your application, match you with project opportunities that fit your skills and location, contact you about those opportunities, and complete onboarding if you are selected.

If you are not selected, we keep your application for up to 2 years so we can contact you about future opportunities. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
