COVID-19 Response
As the situation regarding the COVID-19 virus continues to evolve, we want to reiterate that the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities remains our top priority.
TRCA recognizes that customers, family members, and friends may be negatively affected by this global outbreak. Our thoughts are with those who have been impacted and we are here to support you during this difficult time.
As of now TRCA will remain open to handle all your service needs. If the issue cannot be handled remotely, then a technician can be scheduled for an onsite visit. As a precaution we are asking that all our technicians report if they are experiencing any cold or flu like illness immediately regardless of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. This will allow our team to schedule an alternate tech for the work order. Unfortunately, this could require the service date to change. We feel this is necessary in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
While onsite we have asked that all technicians follow measures to protect the health of all parties involved. TRCA has advised technicians to not shake hands while onsite and they will also keep as safe a distance as possible for the work to be performed. Handwashing and cleanliness guidelines have also been provided and we ask for those to be strictly followed. As it would be ideal for all service work to be performed with gloves and hand sanitizer, the growing shortage of all supplies may make this request impossible. Once a technician leaves the site, we would highly recommend disinfecting the work area with product recommended by the CDC. These products include bleach dilutions, isopropyl alcohol solutions (>70%), and other household cleaners and disinfectants.
All remote services including Managed Services, Help Desk, and Maintenance and Monitoring are still operational and running as normal. If you need to make changes to hours of coverage, days of operation, or total number of stores serviced, please reach out to your National Account Executive.

Thank you for being our customer and partner. We look forward to providing the services that you need, safely, in these unusual circumstances.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. Again, we thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
