"As always I have no complaints But..... Yeah there’s always that “but” that really doesn’t mean anything but gives me something to preach about. When we first started our journey together some years ago there was nothing automated on your end, when I called I spoke to a real person that wanted to help me and always did. Many of those fine folks are not there anymore and when I call there is a prerecorded greeting just before that person answers you but again I always get a real person after the initial greeting and this is what I want and expect from a company of your caliber.
