When we first started our journey together some years ago there was nothing automated on your end, when I called I spoke to a real person that wanted to help me and always did. Many of those fine folks are not there anymore and when I call there is a prerecorded greeting just before that person answers you but again I always get a real person after the initial greeting and this is what I want and expect from a company of your caliber.
